Sunset Mall - Unable to interact with ground floor activities

I’m having the same problem. Since the current update, I can’t interact with anything inside the first floor of the mall, let alone making my sims move. Currently in the same sunset mission mall too and i need to unpack some boxes in the building but failed. Yet i when i clicked on the elevator and the second floor, it works normally. I hope they can resolve this soon since we might ran out of time.
