Technical issues

I have had this issue in my games for weeks. I keep asking the online support, but no one can help. I can’t access the game store at all, which is very frustrating. It keeps spinning and spinning even after I’ve restarted the game and network connections. I’ve had this game for years, and never had this issue nor ever had no help in the game.
