Update installed incorrectly

I have been experiencing the same problem for the past 24+ hours. And because it can’t load, I can’t connect to support other than on the EA site,  and they have not replied to me. 

Same problem here and I couldn’t find a help email on the EA site or chat help either. Was it the problem downloading with WIFI on your phone . I had that problem and my WIFI is fine ?

This has happened to me as well. I have delated the app, installed the app, cleared the cache, logged out of facebook, turned off app and website permissions on facebook and then turned it back on, restarted my phone, have tried to install sims freeplay and login through my ipad air and can not get back into sims freeplay. I would like to play with my saved data and not start a new game. Please help!!
