(A place to save buildings we created, a house lot library we can later build our saved houses from)

OPTION 3: MORE SIMS WE CAN ADD - BEYOND THE CURRENT MAXIMUM

(More sims allowed to live on 1 lot, more than 11 sims maximum allowed at 1 lot at 1 time, more sims in town overall that we can make and control, and IDLE or AI SIMS who can freely be interacted with around town and at community lots.)
