Why are my upgrades so expensive in Midtown Cafe?
I just started my Midtown Cafe within the last couple of days so I haven’t gotten very far. I have read on “The Girl who games” blog that the first time upgrades in Midtown Cafe are:
coffee maker - 188
toaster - 225
shake maker - 600
My first time upgrades were a lot more:
coffee maker - 368
toaster - 382
shake maker - 1020
Is it different for everyone because I have checked out a few blogs and none are expensive like mine. I’m not sure how to earn enough money to upgrade. My staff’s wages take about everything I earn.
Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you!
I have not started Midtown, so I do not know
but I am the only one here, so I'll do my best
Only thing I can say, it is a grind, think professional workplaces (Police, Movie Studio and Hospital) x10 in terms of grinding it out
EA Creator Network members, like GwG, uses premium currency to bypass the grind to be able to demonstrate the features and progress and prizes
It is not done on a realistic time line, what (for normal players that do not use premium currency to rush tasks) takes months, is done in 20 min for these videos.
This update/feature is meant to take a long time to complete
