It Will Be Awesome If All Reward Events (Buy Mode & CAS) Were Moved To Marketplace Just In Case If Everyone Missed Out On These Reward Events. They Can Buy These Items Again With Moola In Order To Unlock All Of Them You Must Play A Limited Edition/Or Unlimited Scenario To Earn That Reward That You Bought At The Marketplace!
The lots in each new world are already limited to items from the new pack and base game. This means the lots feel very similar to ones in previous packs especially starter homes. Patching these reward events items into the base game could be very helpful when we get a new EP. This means townies in the new world could have more unique houses that are more catered to the personalities. Sometimes the reward items may be cheaper than what we currently have in the base game therefore giving starter homes are premium look but for a cheaper price.
I don't believe we will ever get any updates on Scenarios since the lead developer of those left Maxis a couple of years ago.
I Think So Maybe It's Why I Wanted The Grouch Trait With The Moola! It Maybe I Want Previous Reward Events To Be In Marketplace!
I think event items should become available for free eventually. Or added as a scenario half a year after the event ends. But I could see early buyers rewards becoming available with moola after a while.

I still feel event rewards should be eventually given free in an update, but LE items from packs I think could be added to marketplace.
I just think limited edition/limited time items should be available again.
