Accidentally overwrote someone else's game with mine, lost my items and SimCash

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I accidentally overwrote someone else's game with mine (through Game Center), and I lost my items and gained that someone else's items. I also lost SimCash too, despite the fact I never spent cash.
What do you expect to see? I am supposed to see my house with my items, not my that someone else's items. I am not supposed to lose SimCash because I never spent cash.

Dear The Sims Mobile Support,

This morning I accidentally overwrote my sister's with my game through Game Center (both me and my sister use iPhone). This is because my iPhone used to be my sister's and I forgot to log out.
As the result, I lost my items, and around 260 SimCash (I used to have about 270 SimCash). I also gained my sister's item which I never bought.

I never bought the dress attached (my sister did).

I gained the following items:
1 Bun Bun the Bunny (Easter event, have 2 in my inventory, I supposed to have only 1)

I also gained the following items that my sister bought:
Sage Kitchen Collection:
1 Sage Wall Cabinet Left (never bought)
2 Sage Cabinet (never bought)
5 Sage Counter (never bought)
1 Sage Sink (never bought)
