Bonus Sweet Treat Showdown Glitch

I’m having the same issue. It says I am at 94/96 boxes opened, yet all prizes and bonus recolors show collected. Technically, I should be finished, but it gives me a chair I already have instead of the grand prize. 

Same here, I got already like 6 chairs, and the last box just gives me more chairs…

Hi, thank you for reporting the issue. The team is aware of the issue and I’m hoping the best but it probably won’t get a solution before the event ends. 

In my game I had the same issue with getting multiple Regal Thrones. At that point I was opening the boxes as soon as I had enough tokens to open them, so usually just one Royal Box at a time.

So, I collected more of the Royal Treats in order to open several boxes in row. That at least worked in my game and I was able to finish the event but it does require extra luck since the rarity of the prizes differ and the game is more inclined to give the Throne. 🤞

I am also having the same issue. Stuck at 94/96 - cannot redeem the 2 bonus colors of the One-percenter Suit.

Exactly the same for me, stuck at 95/96 no matter how many boxes I open. Keeps giving me chairs.

Might be time to stop playing, there's so many bugs and they never get resolved. Still waiting for them to fix that all the items I'd bought for the barista/spy career path disappeared overnight...

This happened to me too! I’m stuck at 94/96- I just want the bonus colors ‘n sims cash for completion.

and when I went to EA’s website for help through the mobile game, the chat support told me they weren’t able to help and directed me to post here… ??? 

Hi, I have the same problem. I'm stuck. Paying out chips doesn't work and I keep getting more and more chairs. Please solve this problem. Thank you..

Hi, thank you for the information. @Ilois4  Unfortunately, it cannot be solved. I need one more bonus dress color but I always only get chairs. Any help and advice is appreciated. Thank you.
