Hi, your Sim will also have that pink check mark above their head. Try closing the game a few times in a row. That should help, or play a conversation with this busy Sim. Definitely don't delete the game, it doesn't help and you could lose the game

No sim has a pink check above them. Just a pink check by the expedition site.
