Bug with transaction from tech support reimbursement

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After spent 7500 to unlock the club, it locked again and ask me 7035 to unlock it again. I've contacted tech support team and they said they gave me 9000is currency and 15 simcash for my trouble, which I never see on my account. After talked multiple times with tech support, the specialty team claimed that I spent the currency immediately after they granted me, which I didn't. I asked for the transaction record, they sent me through email: store purchase SimCash 15 store purchase Simoleons - 9263 The tech support team hinted that I spent the currency. Now here is the logic: it happened the same time, almost immediately they sent me the amount above. So how is it possible that I spent the exact amount on one single transaction with the exact amount tech support team gave me? Is there even any item with this price? I believe there's a bug in the transaction system but the tech support told me that never happened and it was my problem? As a software engineer and a gamer I am insulted. I just tried to get the unlock bug solved but the tech team seems think I am a greedy liar? That's the way you treated your customer? I offered full access to the tech team before and they humiliated me. Now I grant full access to my account for the app dev team so the team can dig into my account and see if I am lying or not.

    well I called them and they said they refuse to do anything further and told me I can just post my issue here. Seems no one from EA responds to my issue. terrible terrible customer service..
