Can’t find Beauty and Bristle Hairdo

Hello, I unlocked the item named 'Beauty and Bristle Hairdo' in the current event 'Carnival of Cheer Treasure Hunt', but it is not showing up in my inventory or hairdo panel. Does anyone else have this issue?? 

I request to concerned authorities of EA to look into this issue.
