HELP TO FOLLOW UP ON MY REPORT OF NOT RECEIVING A REWARD

I want to ask, I just bought an event package for Rp. 48,000 and the payment was successful, but when I entered the game I didn't get any rewards from the event. Please help me to follow up on my report, I have also emailed EA but there has been no response.

That is my proof of purchase and my game account that did not get the reward.

    How to chat with EA Help

    1. Log in to your EA Account.

      • platform

  • Contacting EA doesn't help. Trust me, I've tried  contact EA.

    He told me to contact the platform that deducted my money.

    My ios I called and they told me to request a refund. The system will check Whether you'll get it back or not But I got my money back.

    Mine is the 550 package.
