Can’t start random events.

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Apple iPhone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) iPhone 11
OS Version 15.3
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Allow sim to commute or start event.
What do you expect to see? The sim to start event.
Connection Type Wifi
Please select your region North America
Country United States

I will go to do a relationship event, a limited time event, or an event that takes me from my house to somewhere else and it doesn’t take. I continuously select “start event” and nothing happens, at all, even with restarting the game and traveling to different locations.

    This is happening to me also…..I hope it gets fixed soon. Idk what to do.

    Just found out I also can’t make sims passive or move a retired sim out. Right now I can’t do anything

    I also cannot advance my sim's relationship to the next level. I click start event and the option disappears but nothing happens. I have tried clearing cache, restarting phone, traveling to another location to try starting event from there, and I have even tried switching between Flirty, Friendly & Rivalry. I am stuck at level 8. 

    I tried to attach the video screen recording but even when I reduced the size, it still says it is too big. If a guru wants to see the recording, I uploaded it to my YouTube so you can message me and I will share the link.
