Can I transfer clothes between Sims from sweet treat challenge?

Is there a way to transfer clothing items between Sims? I opened the boxes for the sweet treat challenge when using my male sim and now the dress and necklace I got are only showing up in his inventory, I can't find them in my inventory for my girl Sims.

Hi, the long black dress your male sim is wearing was in the sweet challenge for men only. Women also have this dress, but you'll get it another time. I don't know what level you are in the game. You have to hold on.
