device os：iOS 14.7.1，iPhone 12 Pro Max
location：China，Shanghai

My apple Id is New Zealand's id, but I am in China right now. I can buy the Japan pass last time, but I can not buy the summer festival pass.

@ReneeMai5 please do not post your player id publicly, it is for own security.
I already reported this issue to studio and I am waiting to hear back. I am sorry that you are experiencing this issue!

      @ReneeMai5 @BoBo430030 Hi, I was facing the same problem but it’s solved after I phoned Apple customer service for some other in-app purchase problem. Maybe they apparently banned part of the function of your Apple ID for no reason as they did to mine. So better give it a try. Hope it can help you.

        @Seleniasis They told me because I am in China right now so I can not buy it. Seems this game not allow Chinese put money in it any more. I ask my friend in US buy me for that. Thanks a lot.

    Thank you so much for your help. The festival pass issue seems to be solved in my case. It turned out to be a problem with my Apple ID, I phoned the customer service for other issue yesterday and now the festival pass suddenly become available! @EA_DragonsEye
