Can't remove balcony barriers

Product: The Sims MobilePlatform:Apple iPadList the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7)  iPad 9th generationOS Version  iOS 16.3How often does the bug occur?  Occasionally (10% - 49%)Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?  I placed the Studio Kang house template on my main lot. I tried to extend the balcony and noticed there was a barrier that didn't move. I tried to expand the front balcony and noticed the original barrier didn't move. It was stuck. I then placed the Behr family den house template and noticed that the balcony barriers from the previous house were not removed. I tried to remove them on build mode but I couldn't. How were those barrier placed on the original building?What do you expect to see?  1. Balcony barriers are at the edge of balcony areas and not stuck as individual items. 2. Balcony barriers can be removed. 3. All items from a build go to inventory when a new house template in placed on the lot.Connection Type  WifiPlease select your region EuropeCountry

This is how my main lot looks like. I can't remove the balcony barriers from the previous building, the Studio Kang house.

@1003875031093 Hi, are you playing with two devices? That can lead to progress loss and missing items.

The railings stuck on the lot seem to be the same issue as this report https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Can-t-remove-balcony-barriers/td-p/12309624

Since the balconies came out &nbsp;I purchased a few for 2 lots well and somehow i the next day the rooms and a few items were gone . Now the main issue for me is that the main lot railings &nbsp;railings in the sky(3rd level) they wont go away . Thought they might go away with the update but nothing . Please help me get rid of them

First of all i have had alot of missing items i wish I could get a few back at least the Christmas stairs (lost them in December day after balconies came out..&nbsp;

now to my main issue.&nbsp;When balconies came out in December&nbsp;
I purchased a few for a few lots . Well on 2 o them they disappeared but in the main lot they were gone and only the railings are visible . I would like to get my balconies back or at least make the railings go away.. please help

The issue has been reported several times over a month. Please advise.
