    If you (still) see this issue, please contact EA

    You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
    This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.

    You can contact EA through this link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

    If you want to do so in a different language you can choose your country of choice in the upper right-hand corner.

Hi I just recently started playing and just now unlocked the Medical center @2450 simoleons when I tried to get a job its telling me I need to unlock for 575 simoleons it took a long time to save up why do I have to pay again?

@LunaWolf-Az it seems to be a bug.

Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.
