[Closed] Having to re-pay for sims slots

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Apple iPhone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) iPhone 7
OS Version 12.1.4

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unlock them? Lol
What do you expect to see? Slots unlocked, not pay for color swatches, items less expensive and move back in old family members

I unlocked my extra sim slots a while back, and I started to retire some sims and then move them out of the house, to make room for more. Once I moved them out my sim slots became locked again and it wants me to pay 175 sim money. 

I attched 3 photos .. I have more.. but to show you I had the slots open.

    Do you have a picture of the third playable slot open? The first two slots are free and the third one you have to pay for. From the pictures posted it appears that you never opened the third slot. If you did open the third slot and it closed then it's a bug. Contact customer service and they could look into your game and reimburse you for the simcash. But only if you actually opened up the third slot in the first place. Normally the slot stays open. Same with the fourth slot. 😃

    Thanks for creating the post. Have you tried contacting EA about this issue as well?

    You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
    This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.
