Can you move the room again, see if that moves the tree?

Yes I have but the tree still stays. I’ve contacted support and they just told me to come here. I can’t really build near it.

      No it has not. But I found out no one else can see it but I can on multiple devices. I still can’t build near it..

        Haven't seen any other reports, so it seems to be just your game. Have you tried contacting EA another time about it?
