This is still happening. My sim was doing a cooking shift by it's own.
I was just observing.
An apple he took from the fridge got stuck on his wrist until he began seasoning a turkey.
The turkey got stuck on his feet until he started using the chopping board.
And then was the chopping board also stuck on his feet.
This continued until I interfered and made him do other actions.

@SalixCat I know you mentioned the Sim did this on their own, were there any actions during this practice session that were directed by you before this started? And any interruptions like surprising choices or clicking on objects to go into buy/build mode?
Love the Izzy effect and outfit combination :D works perfectly. - SalixCat7 years agoHero+
Thanks @SimGuruMaaike :eahigh_file:
I made my sims start shifts, closed the game and opened it again in order to check out progress.
I didn't made him do any actions before this started.
No surprising choices appeared.
Yes, I went into build mode to move the stove that was out of place. Could it be the reason?
This happened to me too around a week ago. My sim was hosting a foodie party & was just trying to finish tasks (sorry I can't remember what exactly!). This happened twice. First, we can see her with the chicken attached to her feet. Second, she brought her food to the bathrooom (ewww! 😂) --- again attached to her feet.
Here's my Sim walking on the chopping board and then placing some turkey in the mixer. Poor dear is a bit confused.
I also don't mind if this isn't fixed. Pretty comical 😂
