So whoever is responsible for EA they can check the chats i am tired and mad because the service wasn't nice and the people there the lie to me multiples times and send me radom links of EA like foru...

Ea has not attempted to assist with any game issues ive had with sims mobile over the years. Honestly with any sims game I've played. Customer support sends same call center bs form response doesn't refund, doesn't credit, doesn't correct game content that is in correct..... im not even sure why you are paying your call centers or support.
