"Downright Fancy Chair" Glitch - Chair Does Not Move When Sim Pulls Out Chair

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place the Downright Fancy Chair at a table. Summon a Sim, select the chair, and select "Relax". When the Sim motions to pull out the chair and scooch the chair in, the chair does not move and the Sim clips through the chair.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the Sim pull the chair back, sit down, and scooch the chair forward (as with all other chairs when selecting "Relax" on a chair at a desk/table.

The Downright Fancy Chair is not animating properly. When the chair is placed at a table or desk and you attempt to get a Sim to "Relax" in the chair: the usual animation of pulling out the chair, sitting, and scooching the chair in is glitching. The chair does not move at all and the Sim clips through the chair. See videos below for example:
