Please help!!

yesterday I was playing the Sims mobile on and off on my iPhone redecorating my house with new items that I had bought in and pre-existing items that I already owned. I got home and played for a little bit and then I took a shower and went to get back on the Sims mobile on my iPad and when I got on, I noticed all of the progress I had made throughout the day was completely gone, and the furniture was nowhere to be found not even in my inventory. I then click the sidebar and linked my account back to game center and it was still missing. I then returned to the Sims mobile on my phone to see if the content was missing on there as well and it was. I then linked my phone to my game center account as well. I have reached out multiple times to get a resolution for this as I have spent countless dollars and money and time on this game and I would like my items back and get this resolved.  

I am absolutely gutted. i have spent more than 5 years playing this game and investing money. Not only are the new items that I just put on, but also items that I have been collecting for years along with heirlooms. Customer support has been absolutely no help and I have no idea how to fix this problem. I have followed and tips to try to get my stuff back and yet nothing
