Downtown always dark, Waterfront always evening

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Android Phone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) Samsung S21
OS Version Android 12
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to downtown, go to Waterfront
What do you expect to see? Day and night correct cycling
Connection Type Wifi

Downtown is permanently nighttime even during the day when I play it.  Waterfront is permanently evening. This doesn't happen to any of the other districts

    @TiffanyC_1112 Hi, town locations don’t have day/night cycle, they are set as they are: Downtown night and Waterfront evening.

    Ah yes I've noticed now. Still find it a bit odd that cycles only apply to the home. Thank you anyway for clarifying
