Earned Heirlooms Lost?

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Android Phone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) Samsung Galaxy S7
OS Version Version 12.0.0

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 2 of my level 2 Heirlooms that i've already unlocked and used now they appear to be locked again.
What do you expect to see? I want them back

I wish i had screenshots, but 2 of my level 2 Heirlooms (Gothic Boys charm and competitive) appear to be locked; even though i earned them a while ago.

    I guess so,  this morning after the update I wanted to see if there is a heirloom for new rocket science career. I've realized my 2 precious heirlooms are gone ☹️

    Hmm I'm not sure if EA can help you with this, but I would suggest contacting them about this.

    You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.

    This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.
