error on my acc sims mobile

I can’t open my account on sims mobile, when i open it, it will freeze and go out. I tried to uninstall and it just work for other account, but when i log in to my account it will start to freeze and go out by itself.

im in level 55 and i pay with real money for houses and stuff, please fix my account, otherwise i lose time, money, and energy playing this game
