Hello, good afternoon, I need to report a bug in the game The Sims Mobile that I have had for several updates and I see many players with the same bug in their game.
When I try to adopt a Sim from another player and tap the "OK" button to join it to my household it doesn't work

@1004209487179 Thanks for your report. This is the video you've sent me. It seems the other player has accepted your request to move in their Sim but the button on your game is unresponsive.
It is the third time that I have reported this error and a few days ago I found out that the game developers in the next updates will focus on solving errors in the game, for this reason I decided to continue reporting this error.
I hope that one day a developer of The Sims Mobile game will see my report and correct this error.

Community Manager@1004209487179 Hey, thanks for the reply, I see no issues with this currently but still poking around. Can you give me a breakdown of what steps you are taking to adopt?
Walk me through the rough what happens, and what you have done. If it is an account issue it would be corrupted data. With that, it's going to be limited to basically rolling back the account which we want to avoid.
Maybe there is a step we missed. I've adopted multiple kids, one about a week ago so it is working. It may be an isolated incident at the moment.
