Fashion Gems for last week contest not received

What did you do ???!!! Never had this bug but today I missed out completely, never got the new announcement that the new sticker week started just my tally from last week (which was well over 20stickers per theme per sim) was wiped and now the new tally has started.

Those who missed out, did you need to do anything to get your gems? (If so what) Or is this a lost cause?

I don’t want to open a case because the last time I reported missing items I was told that customer service can only replace simoleons or refund simcash.

I know you guys are working on the seasons patch (because of those bugs) but you need to focus on this app, there is just too many gamebreakers now.

    I never got my gems yesterday or today for last week so this isn't fixed. First time I didn't get my gems. How can I contact support to get my fashion gems redeemed?

    Hi @EA_Mai

    ive only been playing a couple of weeks and got stickers last week. However when contest finished yesterday Monday 24th September there was a long break of nearly an hour before new contest began but I have not received any gems for last week. I worked really hard partying and befriending and should have received full allocation for my 4 sims as they had over the sticker threats hold so I’m a bit disappointed as I was really looking forward to heading to Izzy’s to get something fab to wear for parties. Will we get these gems or do we have to open a case file. Thanks for your help and look forward to advise on this.
