[Fixed] - Sim has lost option to retire after being passive

After switching my sims from passive and back to playable, my sim no longer has an option to retire. Though the button was there before the update, it has now completely disappeared since the new update for that sim. The retire option only appears for those sims which did not ever enter passive mode.

Please adjust this so we can retire our sims again instead of just removing so they don’t disappear from the generation registers.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click on a Sim. Then click the Sim Info Panel and click Traits, where it shows 4 or 5 traits of Sim.
What do you expect to see? The retire button.

I have two of my Sims for a long while now. I can’t seem to retire them. Every time I open the game, there is no retire button where it is usually placed.

@sykrnazmn Yes, it will. 
The retirement option temporarily disappears after we make the Sim active again. It will reappear after a while.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When trying to make a Sim playable from the family portrait, one of the passive Sims only has a Make Passive button.
What do you expect to see? Passive Sims normally have Make Playable and Remove buttons, even when there is not an available playable slot. But with this particular Sim, whether there is an open slot or not, there is no way to make it playable.
