I have this same problem only with a more recently acquired Sweet Treat Event sectional. The 2nd Sim always sits in the air at the end of the chaise while the first faces the other way on the sofa part. It will work for quests which is nice.

      @CharlieDaisy12 the sitting-on-air appears to only happen when there is a table/tables next to the sofa, so the behaviour still seems to be unchanged based on your sofa not having tables beside it. In any case, this has been raised 🙂
