[Fixed?] Daily to do list stopped updating

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Apple iPad
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) Ipad
OS Version Latest

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My daily to do list has stopped refreshing for a couple of days, it is now showing 100% completed everyday

My daily to do list has stopped refreshing for a couple of days, it is now showing 100% completed everyday... I’ve tried reinstall the app but did not work out.

I am playing on Ipad and my player Id is 1003463702429

Please help, thanks!

    Hi @AmySkys,

    Welcome to the game! 🙂

    Did you get the 'new day' screen at some point? (The one that shows the Moon changing into the Sun, and then your daily rewards)

    How many days has your Daily To Do List stayed like that?

    I also have the same problem. I've stated couple days ago. My daily goals never update. I play on ios device. My id is in the picture. Thanks

    Hello just want to confirm that mine is already working again today just now it's refreshed.. i don't know what happened but it's normal again now.. thank's..

    I have the same problem too, the pnly thing that changed when i logged on in the morning was how many stickers i got and the moon to sun notification thing. I have a baby sim and usually there would be an event but there wasnt and my daily events are still 100% from yesterday pls help!

    My sims mobile doesnt reset into a new day. I didnt get the sun and moon animation and login reward I also didnt get any stickers. My to do list was already complete and I didnt do anything. I also have a baby that need to age to a toddler. Please help my player id is 1003503995643

    I am having this problem as well, did not realise until I finished work and went onto the game that my to do list has not been updated and I did not even get the sun and moon animation. I play on my IPad Air 2 as well as my Samsung S8. My ID is 1003025629601.

    I am experiencing the same issue. Been waiting for it to update for more than 24 hrs but It still shows 100% completed and no sun and moon animation. I am playing on my samsung note 5. I tried closing the app & reopening, uninstalling & reinstall the app multiple times but nothing is working. Everything is updated btw. My Id is 1003446395809
