[Fixed] No adverts

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Possibly use a oneplus 3 see if it's connected to the phone
What do you expect to see? Adverts in mailbox and after each event? Or for This to be fixed ?

Additional feedback This is hugely detrimental to the progress of my game as I miss out on valuable resources , cupcakes...coins... Tickets all the stuff you need to do well. I expect the company will compensate players who have suffered with something so we can catch back up Besides are you guys not losing out on revenue from me not watching the videos ?

So the bug has been there since I started . It's essentially the fact there is no adverts in the mailbox ever, and never after each event. I don't get adverts at all. I only had it once when I first opened the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled , I am connected on Facebook and EA. I have cleared my cache and tried 4g and different internets.. I have already contacted your help team who have simply told me nothing can be done because it's a third party system. I don't care. It is your game and if you have a contract with a third party then your perfectly capable of contacting them and getting this resolved. The help centre also promised me 800 coins as a apology , didn't receive it , not too botherd about the coins more so I was promised something and left with nothing. I am and was planning to make several purchase in your game but simply won't do it if I don't get the correct service . Please can this be resolved as soon as possible , and if it's going to take time , can I please get some compensation to keep up. Thanks

    @whackywhippet234 & @katclawsx3 could you make a new report on this issue if it's still there?

    @whackywhippet234 it seems the issue you're having is a bit different than the no ads at all. @katclawsx3 maybe you can reply to Maaike in the new report?

    Closing this bug report as it's fixed if it's back or is back in a different way please make a new report for it.
