[Fixed] NPC has disappeared from home and family portrait

I am missing a sim from my household.

This sim is a non playable character.

He is not showing up in the family portrait either.

please help! 

My sim child is still wandering around as a retired towns person. Deleting and reinstalling the app made no difference. This recently happened to two retired sims that their playable spouse/Ex spouse divorced. After the divorce event the retired sim is removed from the family portrait and is wandering around as a random towns person. This has happened twice in my game at different houses in my game. The sims still have family connections afterwards but still it’s strange. 

A friend of mine lost 8 of her NPC’s after been 2 weeks (sick) away from the game. She then started to find some of them as aged townies.

This was prior to the last update (27.0). She also lost many important contacts. She is so sad she hasn’t played anymore 😢

@laprembee There is a bug where some sims are being back into players games, maybe she got hers back. It is worth checking!
