Could you give a bit more information? What quest isn't completing? Did you fill the requirements for that quest fully?

Some of the quests have prerequisites.  The total number you have left will be listed in the number you have left but you can only see the ones you can actually finish.

Example, if you have three quests left that you can do, 1) Start a new career, 2) complete a chapter in a career, 3) complete a career story

You will only see and be able to choose one quest.  Once you finish that one, the second one will become available.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. The quest says “4quests” but there are only 2 (useless) quests (3 if you count the limited time ever) 2. I missed on a lot of “complete to do list quest” that gives 3 sim cash per day, it has been half a month now 3. all of my friends that play the game have more quests and “complete to do list” quest 4. I don’t have “complete relationship story” “complete hobby story” “complete career story” “Improve fashion title” and all of my friend have all of those 5. For “improve lifestyle title” quest, when I completed it, it disappeared, when I improve my lifestyle again, it reappeared, only to disappear when I completed it, this repeats until today when it doesn’t show up anymore (I missed about 5 quests)
What do you expect to see? I want sim cash as compensation and prizes lost from the bugs at least 100 simcash Sim cash that I’m supposed to get “Complete to do list” ~ 3 x 14 =42 “Improve life style points” ~ 7 x 5 = 35 “Career & hobby & relationship story” ~ 8 x 3 = 24 Total 42 + 35 + 24 = 101 sim cashs
