Friendly insights event - no tasks

Hello! The tasks for the friendly insights event have disappeared! My other sim at home has all her tasks for the couch event (forget what it’s called) but my poor blue boy has lost his tasks

    Yes hello!

    so far it seems to have been a one off. I do have a different sim doing the event and she has all her tasks in place. Fingers crossed it continues! Also, thank you for moving my post, I tried to create a new one but it wouldn’t accept the picture and kept trying to post it in ‘a way out’ forum!

    Hi @batmanicus37,

    Looking at the timer, I guess the event is over now. It might have been a one time glitch - would you mind checking again when the event is available for you again, and let us know if you experience the same?

    I've got the same glitch. Friendly Insights has no tasks, and my Sim's event timer is showing 2h 14m. So this is apparently a thing.

    I don't know if it is relevant, but I can't find the friend my Sim is supposedly having the event with.

    Mine did the same thing once, but hasn't done it since.

    Hi everyone,

    @batmanicus37, strange the picture thing and 'A way out' forum - did you arrive to the forums from EA Help website?

    @Diamondgirlie @MovieHelen thanks for the information! Don't know if the friend not being in the lot might be related, but I'll pass that on just in case.

    I click on the Friendly insights and go to home but there is no task to do. The only icon is the ones on the council which I have to wait hours to refresh. What am I supposed to tab on to start the Friendlty insights quests?  I’ve even brought friends in to see if they will generate a task but it doesn’t happen

    Hi @BostonBud,

    To start Friendly insights, you need to tap on a friend and check for that interaction between the offered interactions. It will show pink, as other events.

    Keep in mind if there's a story chapter to complete with that friend, you will have to do that first. Also, you need to be playing a friendly story with the Sim.
