My game is no longer frozen after the latest update - hooray!
Still frozen. Does anyone still have the same problem? Has anyone managed to get their game unfrozen?
Hi, I have the same problem. My tablet game is still frozen since September 15th and the new Hearty Holidays update didn't help. EA has still not fixed this critical bug and we have no information that a fix is in progress. I have also been playing the game since 2018, I am a loyal player who expects some communication. We deserve to be treated decently after all these years. Thank you for your understanding and I still hope that the TSM game still has a chance to step in the right direction and that EA will finally put together a new team that will be here for its players.
