Game takes a long time to load and often freezes

Every time I try to open the app the game takes a very long time to load. When it finally loads the game often freezes, especially after there's a pop-up ad and usually when I try to do any action such as when attending a party or in a hobby, work or relationship hangout. I've done all updates and IOS is up-to-date
