Generic View Portal Window not open

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Apple iPad
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) iPad 9th generation
OS Version iOS 16.6.1
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Place the new Generic View Portal window on a wall. There is no opening on the wall.
What do you expect to see? A window with an opening.

    I encountered this same problem. There is an accent chair problem related to current STS. I can't interact sit (Relax) in this chair, only interactive viewing in chairs. This problem is known to everyone.

    After being freed from Izzy's shop of horrors, I unlocked this item yesterday and having the same issue! 

    I'm playing on Samsung Android.

    @SalixCat Yeah I have this same issue, weirdly enough when you place the window before you confirm it- its transparent and works. But when you place the window it gets filled in. I hope it really gets fixed because I like the window.
