How to restart on The Sims Mobile?

I cant seem to even get to the create a sim menu when I uninstall and reinstall tho

It's 2021. I had to reinstall the application and it didn't give me the option to save all my progress, in fact, the first time I installed it and started playing, it didn't ask me to create an account. Nothing. So I started over again.

It's been two weeks now and I'm getting angry again with the constant failures. Also, my last problem was that I organized a party and a player started harassing my sims and my sims responded autonomously and walked away from this player (note here that even though I keep my sims doing something, they don't obey and do other things, which in this case, it was a good thing).
So this particular player never left the party and everyone there started insulting HER.
The party ended about 2 hours ago and she is not leaving the house. I asked for opinions and I was told that what I see in my game is not the same as what other players see in their games and then what is the point of continuing to play lolz seriously.

I better retire.
