I just lost all the coins i bought

An hour ago i bought some coins (10.000) from my iphone. And i made some progresses. But when i played the game in mu Ipad, suddenly all the coins and the progresses i made were gone. Im so confused. I already reinstalled the app and tried to find help. But nothing works. Anyone ever had the same problem? :(
