I lost my favorite game

I deleted the game app today and downloaded it again. And I downloaded the saved game history. However, even after the initial tutorial, it didn't change to my saved game. So I downloaded the game back to another device and tried to recover the saved game as explained on the EA Help homepage, but it was restored to the game from the initial tutorial earlier. I love this game, and I'm very upset and despondent right now because I've recovered from it and got joy from it. Please hope and want my account and game history found. Please help me. Please help me.
