Life tickets not recieving new heims

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I really dont know how to answer that I mean it has happend 5 times in a row now

Every time I collect enough life tickets to get an heirloom I keep getting the same heirlooms I already have and there's so many more to unlock it's really frustrating they take a while to collect and it really sucks every time I get enough it's just a waste. I hope there's some way this could be fixed so far its happend 5x in a row and that's not counting the many more times it's happened. I've been playing this game for years now and I barely have heirlooms.

    @illestj305 I know what you mean. What I do is have my sims perform tasks as much as I can & collect all the heirlooms I can get. Then wait for featured heirloom (in heirloom shop), it may be common, uncommon or rare heirlooms. It depends on what will be there which will be available for 24 hours. That's how I got most of the heirlooms. If you have lots of green or blue heirlooms, just open chest & you may get those you don't have yet or sell duplicates which still give you more valuable blue/purple heirlooms which you can use once an heirloom you don't have becomes featured on the shop. Hope that helps :-) 

    p.s. Heirloom collecting is really a "patience is a virtue" kind of thing coz you just have to wait for those rare ones to be featured in the shop. So, you just have to be ready that you have enough tickets to "buy" them once they're available.

    i’ve been opening heirloom boxes for the past six months and they’ve all been duplicates.

    it’s very frustrating because i have a lot that are not unlocked!

    it takes a lot of time to collect 25 tickets to open just one heirloom box 📦 SO it’s disappointing that this is been nonstop

    especially too with retiring

    i’ve been opening retirement heirloom boxes and getting duplicates!! i’ve retired over four times recently and just got a duplicate!!!!

    this issue is actually causing me to play less! 👎🏻💔
