Lost everything bug?

I logged in the game today, looking forward to the new Sims Festival to only find out that everything was gone. This happened when I tried to reinstall the game today just because the game wasn't working properly. The problem is I had tried to reinstall the game a few days ago and nothing happened when I logged back in. All I have now is a floating head (for some reason it's still the face of the character that I created before) and the default house. The default house isn't even working properly (I can't install anything in the house). I had my friend check my house through the friends list and my character was still wearing my custom outfit. Also my other Sims are still roaming about but I just don't have control over them. Is this a bug due to the new update? I do have my socials linked with the game.&nbsp;I am now eternally depressed.Please send help&nbsp;@EA_Sanah&nbsp;@SalixCat&nbsp;Attached are pictures of my house through my phone and through my friend's phone

You need to&nbsp;send a Help Ticket from your in-game account. Please follow the instructions on this post:

A&nbsp;Help Ticket from your in-game&nbsp;account&nbsp;is a message that brings through needed details directly to mobile advisors.&nbsp;

Using other methods like Facebook or Twitter will only delay support and&nbsp; you will be asked to go back and send an in-game help ticket.

Help tickets from your&nbsp;mobile in-game account&nbsp;are the best way to contact support as&nbsp;they will&nbsp;go through directly to the mobile advisors&nbsp;who will be far more informed.
