Mailbox ads are not working in my paid premium home lot

I am unable to watch mailbox ads from the premium home lot mailbox that I paid real money for

I have tried troubleshooting and resetting my ad settings both within the app as well as within my phones Google settings but nothing has worked thus far

This issue is reoccurring daily and extends to event ads, particularly in the treasure hunt event. The option to watch video ads for extra event points is typically not available.
