Mannequins Glitch?

For a few weeks, I've noticed random mannequins around the towns and now recently, they're wearing the different Izzy's creations that I've received. They're usually in the Downtown District or Market Square, but mostly Downtown. I also noticed Izzy stuck in place at the Fashion career and I can't interact with him. I haven't really seen any posts on it, so just wondering if anyone has been experiencing this too or if it has been addressed already?

    Hmm, it's a shame that this seems to have been a glitch and not a haunted game.

    @Heronyx right? LOL It was creepy seeing them all over town especially during Halloween. And now I still have Izzy inside of the fashion studio but it just looks like he’s supervising. So I’m okay with it.
