Messages aren't receiving in the TSM game

I'm using Android.   Since May 5th, I stopped receiving any messages in game.  I made sure that my save accounts are linked.  I also reinstalled the TSM app, which didn't fix the messages.  I installed TSM on another Android device and I'm still not receiving in-game messages on the second device. 

A friend is trying to adopt my Sims, but the move out messages aren't being received in my game.  I haven't received the "Your inventory has changed" message after completing Sweet Treats either.
