Missing items after purchase and device sync Issue

It is not recommended to play the same account on two devices.   When you have two games opened at the same time, it leads to sync issues with saving your progress.  If you do need to use two devices, make absolutely sure that you close the game completely before you open the game on the other device.  Worse case scenario is that you could lose your account because the server is trying to save to different sets of progress.
