missing items in Sims mobile

I bought the festival pass and earned the piggy roof. When I checked my inventory its not there. also bought the pastel Positano house and one of the sofa item is missing. it went missing when I des...

@9d5ec84aee059725 With actual purchases, there is a fix, but it is one the mobile team has to dive into. Not all support can as they may not have tool access, or be able to review the logs over chat. 

For missing content though, that is not something Community Managers handle over the forums.

You don't need to reach out to live support, but in game through email where you can explain it with specifics and any proof of purchase if real world currency is used for purchase.
