My Server Has a Bug, And I Can't Do Anything.

Platform:Android
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) Samsung Galaxy J7 Core
OS Version Android 9
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I loaded the game back into my machine, followed the basic steps, but something went wrong for some unknown reason, causing a bug.
What do you expect to see? I would like the team to help me fix the bug and help me log in normally again.
