My sims can't interact anything at home sims mobile

I literally don't know what happened, I literally can't press anything not even my sims partner or toddler. It only happens at home tho, idk what's wrong with my house. But please help me!!

Is your Sim currently busy with another task or event? What device are you playing on?

    No they weren’t busy and it only happen went my sims at home. My sims can only interact with their partner outside the neighbourhood.

    im currently playing on my iPhone 11
